If you’re looking for the hottest temperatures and classic summer holiday weather, June to August is the peak season. Beach ares like Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca and Costa Dorada regularly see temperatures between 28°C and 34°C, with long sunny days and warm seas perfect for beach holidays.
May, June, September and October are the ideal months to visit if you’re planning plenty of adventures. Temperatures are typically a comfortable 22°C to 30°C, making it easy to enjoy both the beach, cities, attractions and outdoor activities. You’ll also benefit from slightly fewer crowds compared to the height of summer.
If you’re hoping to find the lowest prices, the quieter months between November and March can offer great value. Temperatures vary depending on where you visit, but typically around 15°C to 20°C.
