The town of Dalaman is predominantly a connection point for travellers to Turkish coastal resorts such as Marmaris, Icmeler and Fethiye. The nearest resort is Gocek, a charming little fishing village a few miles east of Dalaman, with a port crammed with yachts bobbing in the water. The countryside around Icmeler is full of greenery and is a pleasant place to take a stroll.
