Reminiscent Of A Quaint Little Cornish Fishing Village…
If getting away from it all is high on your list of priorities, then you need look no further than holidays in Obzor. Located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, just north of Nesebar, this small town is somewhat reminiscent of a quaint little Cornish village and its golden sands are synonymous with this part of the world.
The vast sandy beach never seems to get overcrowded, possibly because it stretches for over 6km offering plenty of places to relax and enjoy the sizzling Bulgarian sunshine. The stunning Stara Planina mountain range looms in the background offering a lush, green fringe to the pale sands and warm blue waters.
Despite being small, the area still has plenty of history to offer and some of the pillars of the Roman Temple of Jupiter can still be seen in the park next to the main town square.
