Fabulous Golden Sandy Beaches

Alykes is on the Greek Island of Zante (also known as Zakynthos). The island has miles and miles of impressive sandy beaches, particularly on the south and eastern coastline, many of which are set in quiet coves and bays. Experience all that this beautiful island has to offer.

Alykes is near to the neighbouring resort of Alikanas and with less than 1 km between the two popular resorts. It is a pleasant and easy flat walk from one resort to the other (taking about 15 minutes).

Alykes and Alikanas share a fabulous long beach of pale sand in the northeast corner of the island overlooking Kefalonia. Alykes has a village centre, with several tavernas, supermarkets and bars, where the road from the beach joins the main coastal road. Alikanas is spread across the fertile coastal plain, with tavernas and shops dotted here and there, and a charming tiny harbour for fishing boats.

Once visited the magical resort of Alykes is never forgotten and is the reason why many visitors return to its charm year after year. Suitable for all ages, couples, families, groups of friends Alykes has something to offer everyone.

Its main feature is the endless golden sandy beach and blue shallow warm waters which is ideal for children and is definitely one of the best in Zante. With its village atmosphere and stunning scenery, many bars and tavernas, shops and excursions, it really is the ideal holiday experience.
