Visit Inspiring Ancient Sights

On the island of Corfu, just along the coast from Corfu Town, the Kanoni Peninsula is a picturesque region of this Ionian Sea Island.

Featuring some beautiful scenery and some inspiring ancient sights Kanoni holidays offer a peaceful Corfu holiday experience. The Paleopolis Basilica, the oldest church in Corfu, sits opposite the majestic 19th century Mon Repos estate, the former residence of the High Lord Commissioner during the time of British colonial rule.

Scattered around the Kanoni region there are a number of other fascinating ruins of ancient temples and buildings. From a one of the coffee shops down by the coast you can see the incredibly scenic view over the water to Pontikonisi or ‘Mouse Island’.

The casino in the area is a popular location for a night out on Kanoni holidays. For a great choice of nightlife Corfu Town is just along the coast to the north of the Kanoni Peninsula.
