Up until 2020 UK Citizens travelling to Turkey needed a visa to enter the country – however this has changed.
As these visa changes have only happened in the last few years, let’s go over the important information to ensure your holiday goes off without a hitch.
Do I need a visa to visit Turkey?
If you are travelling to Turkey with a British passport from the UK, you do not need a visa to enter Turkey following a few details:
- You must be travelling for no more than 90 days within a 180 day period
- The expiry date of your passport must be at least 150 days past your arrival date into Turkey
