Moon Palace The Grand Cancun

Found in the quieter outskirts of Cancun, Moon Palace Grand Cancun has a huge array of restaurants, pools and bars. The 11 restaurants serve everything from Asian fusion to Mexican meze, as well as an Italian trattoria and a French A La Carte. If that’s not enough, you also have access to 13 delicious dining options at the sister sections of the hotel, Nizuc and Sunrise.
You will be spoilt for choice on your long haul holiday when it comes to the resort’s pools – there’s an adults only number with floating day beds, hot tubs and cabanas! There’s also an infinity number, a wave pool and five swim-up bars for when you need a top up of your fave tropical cocktail.
The resort is only ten minutes away from the airport and there is a waterpark less than four miles away.

Secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa

The adults-only Secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is in a sleepy spot on the Dominican Republic’s beach-fringed eastern tip. Along with an amazing Tripadvisor rating, this hotel even bagged a TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Award for 2019.
The main pool mimics a natural shoreline, so you can stroll into the shallows. It spans out close to the actual beach, where there’s a section with islands and a swim-up bar. For the foodies among us, you won’t be disappointed!
The nine restaurants include a French gourmet place, an al fresco Mexican and a pan-Asian place. During the day, you can pick up coffees and snacks from a café.

This family friendly hotel is right on the shores of Rodney Bay in St Lucia. Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa ticks off everything you’d possibly wish for in a luxury holiday – a big pool, a beachfront location and a first class dining scene.

Excellence Oyster Bay

The Excellence Oyster Bay‘s new to Jamaica’s luxury hotel scene, and is set on a palm-fronted headland that pokes into the Caribbean Sea. It has more than two miles of ice-white sand wrapped around it and it boasts on-the-beach dining.
This place has a pair of beachfront swimming pools to enjoy, plus a third rooftop pool with a waterside bar. There are four hot tubs where you can take a dip, plus a swim-up bar serving in-water refreshments.

Homewood Suites By Hilton

Location: Florida
The smart, palm-fringed Homewood Suites by Hilton has an International Drive postcode, giving you easy access to Orlando’s must-sees. The hotel has a central spot on International Drive. It’s just 15 minutes from the theme parks. When you’re not in the parks, you can relax by the swimming pool.
A courtyard-style pool is set in the centre of the things here. Inside the hotel, there’s a large breakfast area serving complimentary sausage, eggs and waffles with morning coffee. A small gym provides a work-out space, and a 24-hour snack shop is there for late-night nibbles.
These suites come with a warm home-from-home feel. You can expect them to include a kitchen and lounge, plus, air-conditioning, and a pull out sofa. Suites are also available for single bookings.
