Waterparks on the Island of Kos

Famed for its abundance of sandy beaches along its sun-drenched coastline, Kos is brimming with action packed days out away from the golden sands.

Lido Waterpark

Just a five-minute drive from the centre of Mastichari, the Lido Waterpark is one of the largest waterparks in Greece, offering a fun-filled day for the whole family.

Brave the near vertical Kamikaze slide, launch into the unknown onboard a rubber ring in the Black Hole or take a break from the action as you float along the Lazy River enjoying the warmth of the sun.

Families with smaller children will love the Interactive Kids Area decked out with gentle slides, waterfalls, a rotating water bucket and the multi-lane water slide makes for some competitive family fun.

Out of the water, enjoy a game of volleyball or tennis on the sandy outdoor courts or treat your feet to a unique pedicure in the fish spa. Complete with secure lockers, changing facilities and plenty of restaurants and snack bars, fully-trained lifeguards are on hand for complete peace of mind.

Kipriotis Aqualand

Book a stay at the fabulous 4* SunConnect Kipriotis Aqualand in Psalidi and you’ll have access to your own private waterpark overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Boasting six water slides across the hotel’s park, younger water babies will enjoy splashing around in the mini water fun area while the older children race down the brightly coloured attractions.

Take a break from the action and retreat to your sunlounger by one of the serene main pools as the kids take part in aqua games or take a leisurely stroll to the pebble beach, just five minutes walk, and dip your toes in the welcoming ocean.

Aquatica Waterpark

If you’re looking for a thrilling alternative to a day spent splashing in the brilliant blue Aegean Sea, head to Aquatica Waterpark, a scenic 15-minute drive from Kardamena.

Little ones can splash until their heart’s content at the Aqua Playground zooming down the mini slides into the shallow water or float around the relaxing lazy river which is suitable for the whole family.

Those over 120cms, are invited to take on the near vertical Kamikaze, the exhilarating Wave Ride or feel the excitement as the butterflies in your stomach take flight on the Free Fall.

Open from May until October, enjoy unlimited use of the the slides, pools, sunbeds and umbrellas before heading to the Aquatica Cafe for a bite to eat and refreshing drink to cool down.

Mikri Poli Waterpark

Located less than a 10-minute drive from Kos International Airport, Kardamena on the south coast of the island is an ideal spot to spend your anticipated break with its gorgeous golden sands and plenty of watersports to choose from.

Stay at the Mikri Poli Hotel and as well as a huge pool looking out over the beach, guests can enjoy their own mini waterpark without leaving the hotel grounds.

From winding chutes to multi-lane racing slides and play areas suited for smaller tots, the waterpark is a big hit with families.
