Resort Summary

Cala Tarida’s 300-metre beach is south facing so gets the sun all day, which is ideal when it comes to choosing from the various all inclusive hotels Ibiza has to offer in this part. The bright white sands and sun-bleached rocks that form the landscape here also radiate light. The water remains waist-deep a long way out, making it ideal for beginner snorkellers or to try the sport out with children. If you take your waterproof camera with you into the sea you can get a glorious shot of the resort with its greenery-covered rolling hills behind.

The areas either side of the beach are rocky and there are a few stone platforms that rise out to just above water level. Some of the closest ones to the shore are perfect playgrounds for kids and the further ones can be your solitary bathing points. Beach bars, restaurants and hotels are plentiful on the shore so you can refuel and take a break from the midday sun.
