Our hearts go out to the people of Jamaica who are facing the aftermath of the worst storm in their history. During this incredibly difficult time our thoughts remain with them, and their loved ones.
Due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa to local infrastructure including hotels and roads, we have made the decision to cancel package holidays and flights up to, and including, 23 November 2025.
We’re able to resume part of our programme to Jamaica from 24 November. Customers travelling up to and including 30th November will be notified of any impact to their booking.
While the situation is beyond our control, we appreciate how disappointing this news will be, as we know how much you were looking forward to your holiday.

From 12th October 2025, the EU is starting to roll out a new system called the Entry/Exit System (EES). This will happen gradually across EU and Schengen zone countries over six months.

While UK airports are installing new scanners to prepare for changes in security restrictions, at this time you should still follow current guidelines as not all airports have changed and destination airports still have these restrictions in place for your flight home.
