Nightlife in Costa Dorada

There are good times to be had in Costa Dorada, from big-name clubs to neon-lit bars and pop-up chiringuito bars. If that seems like too much, just relax with a sangria in hand at one of the many laid-back bars and restaurants.

Sweet Pacha, Sitges

A new concept for the world-renowned Pacha nightclub brand, this club will keep you sweet all summer. Inside resident DJ Raul Laur will take you through all your favourite house tunes, while outside the ‘Sweet Terrace’ overlooks the sea and has fun pop anthems and RnB. The club even has a restaurant so you can start your night listening to some chill-out tunes, sampling Mediterranean and international fusion cuisine.

El Dos, Cambrils

Sit back and take in your lovely surroundings on the outside terrace looking out over the beach. Located in the port area of town, this bar also serves tasty fresh food. The three-course lunch menu – with drink – is a snip at €13. There’s live music and sometimes sport on the telly, keeping you entertained as you sip on your vino.

Chaplins, Salou

The entertainment is as varied as the drinks menu at Chaplins. This family fun venue has a different act each night, ranging from DJs to tribute acts and comedy hypnosis. There’s also a separate kids’ show featuring characters from Minions and Frozen. So slurp on those cocktails and let the staff entertain you.

Koko Beach Bar, Salou

A beautiful sunset is the backdrop to this chilled out bar with food. The burgers come recommended. Once you’ve sunk into the comfy terrace furniture and started watching the boats twinkling on the water, you might not want to leave.

El Piano, Sitges

A gay-friendly bar with a mixed crowd, you can sing and dance along to the music videos as you wait for the main show. The crowds arrive around midnight when barman Bjorn transforms into vocalist and belts out musical numbers, while another barman called Stephen plays the piano perfectly.
