Cala Santanyi is a great tourist patch that features a beach and a good sized area of water that is bordered by small cliffs. The sandy area can get busy so arrive early to claim your spot but the beach is best used as a swimming facility thanks to the calm waves.

A more rugged beach is found at Playa es Caragol. A rough terrain of rocks and bushes lead out towards a massive beach that remains relatively quiet for much of the year. This tranquil beach is accessible via the lighthouse of Ses Salines.

Cala D’Or’s main shopping street is the Avinguda Tagomago and it’s filled with everything you could possibly wish for. Best time of year to visit
