You might be surprised at the number of Celtic establishments, which have sprung up in response to the large number of Irish and Scottish visitors.

To while away a few hours, you’ll be spoilt for choice in terms of activities. From renting a tennis court to taking a boat trip, playing a round of golf and even taking part in a hack with plenty of other horse riders, you can get out in the fresh air in any manner of ways, other than simply laying on the beach. Though this is also a wonderful way to unwind.

A firm favourite with Brits, Santa Ponsa is a beautiful part of the world and a prime example of why so many of us continue to make Majorca our holiday destination of choice.

Elsewhere, Port Adriano underwent considerable investment and extension in 2007 and is now home to the super-yachts of the rich and famous, providing an impressive spectacle close by.
