Blue Flag beach…

Tekirova is all about the beach. A Blue Flag pebble and sand affair, beach bums are certain to be impressed. The beach itself stretches off into the distance and is lapped by the crystal turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. But unlike many resorts where the main attraction is an impressive beach, its size along with the fact that most beachfront hotels have their own private section essentially guarantees you a great spot for you to while away the hours relaxing in the sun.

Watersports are another huge feature thanks to the water’s inviting clarity and warmth, so you’ll be able to take a break from lounging around and get yourself on a jet ski or a banana boat. But if those are a little too exhilarating, you can always don a snorkel and head out to look at the abundant marine life.

Restaurants and bars are in relatively short supply in Tekirova because it is only really developing as a resort – but rest assured, the hotels will keep you well fed and watered. Plus, what Tekirova lacks in local amenities, it more than makes up for in unspoilt, undiscovered charm. That being said, Tekirova does offer a very impressive range of shops for the shopaholics among us.

Plenty of excursions and places to visit…

Being in the Antalya region, excursions are always an option with a range of towns and points of interest never too far away. Head into the Taurus Mountains for some breathtaking views, or travel up the coast to Antalya for a livelier bar and restaurant scene. The choices are there, and whichever you choose, Tekirova is guaranteed to offer a relaxing holiday in quiet seclusion. What you decide to do beyond that is of course, entirely up to you.
