First Choice Holidays is one of the largest and most successful travel companies in Europe, employing around 14,000 people. First Choice is a tour operator, a travel agent and also operates its own airline. The First Choice Holidays airline, First Choice Airways (formerly Air2000), carries passengers from many of the UK’s regional Airports to destinations including the Canary Islands, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, the Algarve, Florida, Gambia, the Caribbean and Goa among many others.

First Choice Holidays PLC has 229 travel shops on UK high streets plus a further 35 in Asda stores throughout the UK. In addition they operate the Holiday Hypermarket chain of travel superstores. The Holiday Hypermarket website was developed in order to represent the First Choice Holiday Hypermarket superstores online and offers not only First Choice Holidays but also Thomson, Thomas Cook and many other leading brands.

First Choice Holidays PLC incorporates a number of other well known brands including Holiday Hypermarket, Sunstart and 2wentys. Another First Choice brand is Sovereign Holidays, who operate in the premium market selling Luxury holidays to destinations worldwide, while Falcon and JWT provide Holidays from Airports across Ireland. First Choice also have a number of sister companies including Island Cruises, Hotelopia, Hayes & Jarvis, Eclipse and Exodus, who specialise in adventure Holidays such as trekking and biking. In addition to the vast number of sun Holidays available, First Choice Holidays also has a well-established presence in the Ski holidays market.
