Ibiza Town

Best Nightlife in Ibiza Town

Every year, visitors flock to Ibiza Town for top DJ performances and energetic clubs that make for all-night fun. But even though its iconic clubs have a wild reputation, that's not to say its nightlife scene doesn't have a softer side. In Ibiza Town you'll find laid-back bars along the port, plus there are rooftop terraces crooning light music and Irish pubs playing your favourite team's big match. You name it, there's a bar for it – just make sure to have a restaurant mapped out for breakfast the next morning in case you wake up with a slight headache.

Pacha

Booking Ibiza package holidays is all about hitting the impressive nightlife in Ibiza Town, and it's no surprise that renowned superclub Pacha is on this list – it has a reputation for being one of the best clubs on the island. It's a place you have to see to believe, with five themed rooms – whose music ranges from funk and disco to house – an outdoor terrace and performances by world-renowned DJs.

Heart Ibiza

Brought to you by the creators of Michelin-star rated elBulli, Heart Ibiza is an art space turned entertainment venue, turned club, turned gastronomic revelation. It's sensory overload, with Cirque du Soleil acrobats, an open air terrace and art installations, plus a neon-lit dance spot that sees world class performers take to the stage.

S'Escalinata

S'Escalinata is a relaxed, family-friendly bar that features an outdoor terrace with pillows and cushions to lounge on underneath the sun. You can pop in for a colourful cocktail, glass of sangria or plate of tapas, sandwiches and even breakfast dishes.

Lio

Lio is a massive club-restaurant that brings top notch cabaret performances to Ibiza Town. The setting here is reminiscent of old world glamour with a touch of modern glitz, and features singing and dancing plus a disco for all afterwards. Things here can get a bit pricey, but you're paying for an undoubtedly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Mars I Pins Ibiza

This nightlife spot is more traditional in the ways of bars, but is open until a very untraditional hour – six in the morning, to be exact. Expect a friendly, more intimate, neighbourhood atmosphere here, with a house DJ, pub quiz and televisions to watch the football on.

The Rock Bar Ibiza

Located along Ibiza Town's stylish promenade, the Rock boasts incredible cocktails in an unpretentious environment. Everyone here is another friend, relaxing on the terrace or popping in for a quick sip before heading out for a night on the town. Just make sure to keep an eye out for some celebs – the Rock is famous for attracting A-list clientele.

Bar 1805

If open air speakeasies were a thing, Bar 1805 would be the leading spot. The decor at this French-inspired bar is quirky, to say the least, with chalkboard walls and tables and the Dalt Villa in the distance. The bartender is a cocktail guru, mixing together designer drinks with a special attention to absinthe. The signature green drinks can be sipped from punch bowls and bird cages to the faint tune of rock and jazz music.

Tira Palla

This much-loved, open-air bar is set on the rooftop of a building, and features incredible views of the Dalt Vila which, come night time, are lit up in the distance. It's well worth the trek up four flights of stairs. With a cool cocktail made from fresh fruit in hand, you'll realise there's no place you'd rather be.

Father Jack's Irish Pub

No party town is complete without an authentic Irish pub. Father Jack's features all the amenities you'll need to feel at home again, including televisions playing sports matches and free Wi-Fi to stay connected. Of course, you can get pints of ales and ciders that you'd find in your neighbourhood pub, plus a few local brews to keep things varied.

Tango Bar

You might not see the signs for Tango Bar at first, but that's because its outdoor terrace is usually packed with visitors. Its corner-location is always bustling with people sipping cocktails and floating between nearby bars and clubs. Drinks here might seem a little expensive at first, but they're two-for-one, so you're getting your money's worth.
