If you prefer something more action-packed, you can head into the desert on an exhilarating 4×4 off-road safari to explore the silky sand dunes and watch the sun set across the peaks.
For a truly unique experience, the eerie Jazirat Al Hamra ghost town is just a 15-minute drive away. Left abandoned since the 1960s, this old fishing village will transport you back in time as you get lost down ghostly alleyways and explore the well-preserved houses, shops and mosques.
