The Villa Mala Garba is a traditional villa, full of character, sat in the rolling green hillsides between Alcudia and Pollensa. Sweeping views of the countryside and a divine laid back feel are guaranteed here, plus, in just a ten minute drive you’ll be in the centre of Pollensa so you’ve got everything you need within easy reach. The rectangle pool is to the side of Villa Mala in a spacious garden, beside a patio of sun loungers and spectacular views. You’ll also find a barbecue in the garden for some al fresco dining and there is a fully equipped kitchen and big dining room inside the villa. Sleeping six, it’s a charming villa for a family trip or a group of friends on a getaway.
Located in the north of Majorca, Pollensa is a beautiful resort with luscious green mountains and a rich history. From April to November you’ll enjoy temperatures above 20℃ and then in the summer months you’ll be basking in temperatures just above 30℃, so it’s a great destination for a holiday all year round. There’s something for everyone in Pollensa and at Villa Mala Garba you’re in a great place to get out and explore.
Head to Puerto Pollensa for 4 kilometres of golden sands, charming beachside cafes and restaurants, and shallow waters great for children. Pack a picnic for the day or grab snacks from the eateries here, either way it’ll be a fun day in the sunshine. Whilst you’re laying out on the beach you’ll be able to admire the mountains from a different angle to Villa Marla, but just as exceptional in every way.
The shopping scene in Pollensa is sure to satisfy. There are many independent shops here where you can buy things like jewellery, ceramics and leather goods to name just a few, and then on Sundays you’ve got to head to the market where you can pick up anything from clothes to local produce and souvenirs. The town of Inca hosts an even bigger market on Thursdays – it’s so big it could take you several hours to cover all of it!
Staying in Pollensa provides a good base for exploring the rest of the island. For starters, in 40 minutes you can be in Palma, the cultural capital with a vast range of restaurants, historic sights and more shopping. Alternatively, head to Alcudia to spend a day at Hidropark Water Park – your ticket price will include a bus that will pick you up from Pollensa!
In this beautiful part of northern Majorca, high mountains covered in pine trees surround Pollensa and roll down to the bay, to the beach. The cobbled streets of Pollensa are brimming with history, art and music. Walking around town you can visit the 14th century monastery, pop into art galleries and independent shops or take your time over an evening meal.
