Naked Cruise Seeks Nudist Holidaymakers

The search is on to find 22 daring holidaymakers who are willing to strip off for a seven-night nudist cruise.

eWaterways, a London-based tour operator which specialises in river and coastal cruises, is to run its first cruise for naturists, exploring the Croatian coastline in August 2011.

The company said is expects the cruise to appeal to a variety of European nationalities – but particularly Germans and people in their mid-40s.

Highlights on the au naturel cruise include a trip to Zadar – home to the famous Zadar Sea Organ, and a visit to Rab, often described by travel agents as ‘the island of love’.

The ‘intimate’ ship’s itinerary also includes stops at Olib, the islands of Molat, Mali Losinj, the fishing village of Volosko and the medieval city of Cres.

eWaterways claims to be the first company to offer nudist cruising in the Adriatic.

A spokeswoman said: Naturist holidays are popular and Croatia has a lot of nudist beaches – so it’s a great match.”

“Passengers will get undressed for swimming and sunbathing, but will be clothed for dinner.”

Featuring a bar, a spacious sun deck and a small restaurant, serving traditional Croatian cuisine, the Croatian Coastal Cruise is the perfect bare-all getaway for those who want to feel the fresh sea air against their bare skin.

A huge benefit for would-be nudist cruisers is that going over your luggage allowance shouldn’t be a problem. As the majority of the cruise will be spent in your birthday suit, your case should feel as light as a feather as you go about your days wearing only a smile.
