Owned by Jim Carey, one of Hollywood’s hottest actors, there’s no wonder Coco Bongo is Cancun’s most legendary club. Famed by hit film, ‘The Mask’ the venue is known for its costumed performances, superb tribute acts, high-flying acrobats, confetti covered floors and diverse selection of music from old school 70’s and 80’s to modern chart-toppers. Located in the heart of Cancun’s vibrant Hotel Zone, this two-storey setting has received much media attention with the likes of MTV, Discovery Channel and Rolling Stones magazine singing its praises.

As the largest nightclub in Latin America with a capacity for over 5,000 people, there’s no wonder The City sees artists like Snoop Dogg, Fergie and Flo Rida take to its main stage. Celebrated for its impressive sound and lighting systems, clubbers will be in their element. When it’s time to grab a drink there are 9 bars to choose from. Spread over 3 floors it won’t be long before your holding that ice cold mojito, so take your pick. And if you’re worried about missing out on any of the action, fear not! With 650 square feet of video screens this isn’t possible.

With the philosophy, have fun, let yourself go, Señor Frogs laughs in the face of pointless rules and regulations. This restaurant-meets-bar hosts a special theme each night with two nights dedicated to fun parties like their famous VIP Glow Party on a Sunday, which sees partygoer’s splatted head to toe in glow in the dark paint. Or, there’s the VIP Foam Party on a Wednesday, which sees clubbers wading their way through mounts of foam as they dance alongside other soaked partiers. Plus,the enthusiastic staff make sure everyone is having the time of their lives by starting conga lines, putting on spring break contests and throwing confetti. So, get ready for some all-round craziness.

This venue is one of Cancun’s original nightclubs and still manages to pull in the crowds. Resembling a large underwater cavern this truly is a unique setting. No evening is the same at Dady O’s with a different theme party each night such as the Super Sexy Blackout Party and Hawaiian Bikini Contest. Do you want to experience the best views in the club? If so, make your way up to one of the balconies and look down on the club’s spectacular 3-D laser show. But make sure you don’t leave without trying the club’s revolving dance floor.

Palazzo is one of Cancun’s newer nightspots offering a much more glamorous and luxurious setting. On arrival you can’t miss the impressive chandelier. This ‘Saturday Night Fever’-style centre piece hangs in the middle of the club and creates a grand feel. Quick it’s time to make your way across the dance floor because the DJs mixture of house and pop classics will see even the shyest of dancers hitting the floor. When it comes to ordering a drink, partygoers can either head to the open bar, or if you want to sip like a celebrity then a bottle service is also available.
