Golf Son Gual
Just north of Palma, this 18-hole course is built on the mild rise and fall of the region’s landscape.
The ground underfoot at Golf Son Gual is reminiscent of a true links golf course, with beautiful vegetation and olive groves bordering the bunkers, water hazards and subtle breaks.
Green fees for this course range from 89 to 130, depending on season and time of day.
Club de Golf Alcanada
Located on the northwest coast of Majorca, the salt sea air from the Mediterranean is only part of the incredible atmosphere at Club de Golf Alcanada. This course is framed by forests of pines and an idyllic shoreline, and its 18 holes are encouraging for players of any level.
Play at Club de Golf Alcanada for 100 in low season and 130 in high season.
Golf Pollensa
If you’re looking for a shorter game, this nine-hole course isn’t far from Club de Golf Alcanada and is framed by the stunning Tramuntana mountains. Golf Pollensa is for the more relaxed players, looking to get in a quick game before a day out in Pollensa.
Play at Golf Pollensa for between 55 and 65.
Son Antem Golf
Marriot Son Antem is located east of Palma and is made up of two separate courses – Son Antem East and Son Antem West. Together these courses form Son Antem Golf, a versatile 18-holer with rolling fairways and wide flat greens. All levels of players are welcome.
Green fees are 63 to 70, depending on course choice.
Son Termens Golf
Son Termens is an 18-hole course situated north of Palma. It’s a short course with a low difficulty level, so you can take your time and enjoy the beautiful Majorcan scenery. This course has attracted many beginner, intermediate and advanced players since its opening in 1998.
Depending on whether you’re coming high or low season, green fees vary from 84 to 95.
Golf de Andratx
Golf de Andratx, near Camp de Mar, was opened at the turn of the millennium, with a wealth of experience put into the design of its 18 holes. One of the hardest courses on the island, it also has some of the most beautiful scenery of any Majorcan golf course, so be careful you don’t get distracted!
Play this legendary course for between 65 and 85.
Golf Santa Ponsa I
Santa Ponsa is the top region for golf in Majorca and Golf Santa Ponsa I is one of the greatest courses in the region, so it’s worth checking out. It’s a public course, with lots of long drives and flat, relaxed holes for players of all levels.
Golf Santa Ponsa I can be played for around 96.
Real Bendinat Golf Mallorca
Bendinat Castle is the backdrop of these sprawling 18 holes. The final hole has one of the longest drives on the island, so you can give it your all after a relaxed game on this 70-par course. Real Bendinat Golf Mallorca can be found just west of Palma.
Play in the shade of the Bendinat Castle for under 100.
Son Munanter
K. Rossknecht designed the incredible Son Munanter, which is the second course in the Arabella Golf complex. This is one of the hardest courses on our list, with an over-500 metre uphill hole leading the challenge.
Take on this testing course with a green fee of just over 100.
Son Vida
Last but not least is the beautiful Son Vida, which was the first course to open in Majorca way back in the 1960s so you can experience golfing history while playing here. The unique aspect of Son Vida is that the course snakes through the surrounding villas, with Palma Cathedral in full view of hole six.
Green fees are between 106 and 138, depending on season.
