the xaloc apartments were suitable for our needs as a party of 7 going for a quiet break in the sun. these apartments were close to the beach and were in an ideal spot for nightlife and entertainment.... the staff were very pleasant and couldnt do enough for you and its only a short boat trip away from san antonio if you want lively clubbing. overall nice apartments in a good location.

stay away, no working lights bulbs missing, curtains and poles hanging off, tv not working, cooker not working, sockets smashed, air con not working, no phone, dirty disgusting yellow painted walls, p...ool empty, no pool bar no reception all closed, I would never recomend this apartment, we (my sister and I middle aged) moved the next day, no entertainment at all. score out of 10 I give minus 100, we booked with Thomas cook, but flew with Jet2, they are nothing to do with Thomas Cook, you are left with no rep or help, beware if you book with a tour operator you will be left high and dry, and even worse if you book into the Xaloc.

Booked the Xaloc online, we were fairly pleased with the apartments. They are fairly quiet at night as they are on the edge of the main road of bars and restaurants. The pool is quite nice, but ther...e isn’t really a beach particularly close, just Port d’es Torrent about 15 ins walk away. The room was nice, no complaints and the price was reasonable considering we had to go in school holidays.

I went here with 4 friends in June 10'. This hotel is not for everybody but we personally really enjoyed it. The room was clean and the maids came regularly with clean towels etc. There is no recept...ion staff but the hotel you go to across the road for your food are there 24/7 and are more than willing to help you out. The hotel was close to shops bars, and a short walk to the main town and you also regularly had workers coming round to sell tickets to big events. At the end of the day if your going to ibiza you dont expect to get a lot of rest so the hotel was perfect for what we wanted it for, get ready to go out in and a nice bed to come back to in the early hours. i would definitely not recommend bringing your children to this hotel as its filled with young people looking to have fun. The pool was definitely one of the best in the area and was never busy. There are security staff that on numerous occasions did kick you out of the pool in the early hours. :)

We enjoyed it so much we are goin back in Sept 10' :)

Just spent a week at the Xaloc apartments towards the end of San Antonio Bay. They were really nice, we had air con in the room which was useful and the apartments had a little gym, which was useful.... There is a good pool and it is quiet at night, plus all bars/restaurants of the resort are round the corner and there is a good supermarket over the road. It is about 10-15 minute walk to Port d'es Torrent beach which is great. There is also a boat to San An Town which leaves nearby.

We have only just been to Ibiza and stayed in the Xaloc Apartments. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone! Firstly when we got off the plane and onto the coach to take us to the hotel, the tour ...operater told us we would have to get off at the bus stop (as the coach stop right outside our hotel) and catch the bus that would be waiting for us. But when we got off the coach, there was no bus, no nothing. We were walking around for ages, asking people for help, but obviously they did not understand us. Evantually we found another hotel and asked where ours was. He said it was to far to walk and that we would have to get a taxi. So then we had to find a taxi.. anyway it goes on, eventually we got a taxi and got outside our hotel. We had to get the room key from the sister hotel across the road from which we would be eating in. There was a massive queue where everyone else was waiting to get there rooms sorted. We were waiting for 2 hours untill we got our key, by this time it was 6:00am we got off the plane at 2:00am! So then we walked over to the xaloc apartments, It was not lit and it was very hard to see where we were walking when going up the stairs. When we got into our rooms there was no double beds like we ordered but 2 singles instead that we had to push together. The lampshades were hanging off the lights. Anyway we just forgot about it and went to sleep we were so tired! The next morning we went for breakfast and then went to get a drink from the all inclusive bar, only to find that the bar was not in the hotel we slept in or the one we ate in but another one down the road! That night back in the hotel at around 4 in the morning there was screaming and people shouting for around an hour and this happened most nights. But what we saw the next day was the worst, there was a cockroach in the toilet, and next to our table while we were eating breakfast! There was no entertainment in any of the hotels, so at night you have to find something to do yourself. But it wasnt all bad, the pool in the Xaloc Apartments was the best by far out of the 3 we had to go to everday. The bar that was underneath the Xaloc Apartments was very good and had good entertainment every night but the bar there is not included in the all inclusive package and it works out very expensive for a round of drinks. Even though the rooms were not luxurious like most hotels, they were kept clean, the maids came everyday and they were good sizes. I would not recommend this hotel to any families only to young people who are looking for a budget holiday.

A group of 6 of us staying there in summer 09,all 18, we had 2 rooms between us and although a little bit cramped it was just what we were looking for. For what we paid for the accomodation and all i...nclusive deal we were very happy with what we found. It's perfect if you're looking for the nightlife of Ibiza and somewhere clean to crash afterwards. We spent most of our daytime in the huge pool and sunbathing on the beach (which is really close!) and we had everything we needed for the best holiday :)

Went to the Xaloc last summer. The apartments were really nice, the room was air conditioned which was great as it was really hot when we were there. There isa little gym at the apartments which we ...actually went to a couple of times! They are really quiet at night because they are right at the end of the resort, but there are some restaurants nearby. It is also really cheap and easy to get to the main town at night, as the bus leaves from just outside and there is also a boat across.

Hi, we have just come back from Ibiza, we stayed in the Xaloc apartments, they were in terrible condition, paint peeling and mouldy walls, we usually dont mind a last minute deal, and we expect it to ...be basic, but without any exception these are the most terrible apartments we have ever come across, we woud be awaken at 6.00 to 6.30 every morning by bottles breaking shouting and clubbers coming back from a night out, there were fights most nights, breaking windows, graffiti, and its a real shame, because the area is great, plenty for everyone, but just dont stay here under any circumstances
