Riviera Beach Hotel

The adults-only Riviera Beach Hotel is in the heart of the Benidorm action, with a live music lounge and modern interiors. It really isn’t hard to see why this lovely hotel is often voted as one of Benidorm’s best.

Everything about this hotel is incredibly trendy, from the all-white exterior to the glass lobby. The chic pool area has a mural of the sea, so you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re beachside.

The buffet restaurant offers British favourites, and after dark this place really gets going. The Riviera Music Lounge puts on live cabaret to comedy shows every night.

Overview of Benidorm

A holiday to Costa Blanca is perfect whenever you go – the sun always seems to shine. Costa Blanca stretches for over 200 kilometres, but Benidorm is absolutely the star of the show here. During your stay at the Riviera Beach Hotel, you’ll discover that everything about this city is supersized. From the hotels to the beaches and the nightlife, everything seems larger than life.

Benidorm has a reputation as a party destination with plenty of bars, clubs and parties, but it has so much more to offer. With a distinctively British feel, it has charming British restaurants, sun-kissed sands and adrenaline-pumping water sports on tap, too.

Things to do in Benidorm

It’s the location of the Riviera Beach Hotel that really sets it apart. You’re only a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach and only five minutes from The Square – Benidorm’s nightlife hub.

Days in Benidorm are all about the beach. And at the British-themed bars and clubs lining the beach, you can grab a pint of your favourite lager and relax with an all-day breakfast. On the six-kilometre beach , you’ll find an exciting range of water sports.

After dark, Benidorm really heats up. With super clubs, foam parties and all-night raves, here the music keeps going until the sun comes back up.

Whether you’re looking for night-long parties or sun-kissed beaches, British-themed Benidorm has a lot to offer you.

Resort Summary

The six kilometres of sand formed by Benidorm’s two main bays are a big part of its appeal. Closest to the town centre, and near to many All Inclusive Costa Blanca hotels and restaurants, is Levante beach, also known as Sunrise Beach.

If you just want a paddle then you’ll find the shores pleasingly shallow, while further out in the water is a playground for all ages. There are swinging bridges, diving boards and rafts, with any number of watersports beyond, from banana boats to jet skiing. There is even a cable-skiing station in the sea at this end of town – it’s a bit like water-skiing, but without the boat.

The other bay is Poniente Beach. It’s a big beach, with a long, pedestrianised promenade and a playground for children. You’ll find it slightly calmer than Levante, but there are still plenty of restaurants looking out to sea here. It’s worth taking the trip up to the viewing point in between the two bays, dubbed the ‘Balcon del Mediterraneo’ the balcony of the Mediterranean, for the astounding views.

There’s also the opportunity to wander through the old town, where you’ll find amazing views over the bays and an impressive range of shops and markets to explore. If you fancy going further afield, head out into Costa Blanca to explore the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and natural parks of this beautiful area.
