The family-run Villa Lucia teams a peaceful hillside location with sea views and easy access to Perissa’s beach and centre.
The complex is typically Greek, with whitewashed blocks offset by pastel blue fences and balconies. To complete the look, the studio interiors are sky blue.
Outside, there’s a small pool accompanied by sunloungers and parasols. There’s also a neighbouring bar that serves cold drinks throughout the day, so you can sip on your drink while you enjoy glorious views of the sea and Perissa.

Things to do in Santorini
Villa Lucia scores top marks for location. The complex is set on a hillside cloaked in olive groves and it overlooks the whitewashed village of Perissa and the Aegean Sea.
You can walk to Perissa in only 15 minutes. There’s a great stretch of black sand here, as well as a cluster of tavernas and boutiques. When you want to explore the rest of the island, there are plenty of bike and quad rentals in the village.
Perissa is also close to Ancient Thera. This is a wonderful archaeological site that’s perched on top of a nearby mountain. There are Roman baths and remnants of ancient shops, as well as mosaics and artefacts.
Enjoy a chilled holiday in Perissa. It’s a great spot to grab a local wine or beer and take in the magical views.
