Olympic Lagoon Resort
Refurbished in 2018 and close to a sandy beach, the Olympic Lagoon Resort pulls out all the stops. It has seven pools, a lazy river and six restaurants. Kids also get their own pirate-themed pool, complete with water features and slides.
As well as being packed with amazing features, the hotel also has a top-class postcode. The beach is right on the doorstep and you’re only 10 minutes from Ayia Napa.
In the evening, the hotel really comes alive with family-friendly entertainment in the Xperience Arena. First up, there’s a disco for the kids, followed by bingo or a quiz. After, there’s still time for big shows and performances that the whole family will love.
Overview of Nissi Beach
Nissi Beach is a real family favourite. Holidays to the Larnaca region of Cyprus are famous for its 300+ days of sunshine every year, but there’s so much more on offer here than just sunshine.
Beaches range from crowded to quiet and everything in between. Away from the seafront, there are water parks, some of the best restaurants in Cyprus and history dating back 12,000 years. Nissi Beach is a fantastic resort where sun, sea and relaxation wait.
Things to do in Nissi Beach
With so much to see and do at the Olympic Lagoon Resort, you may want to just stay at the hotel. Luckily, you don’t have to venture too far to find amazing experiences and activities.
Landa Beach is only 150 metres from the hotel, but if you’re looking to change things up and visit somewhere a little larger and with more water sports, Nissi Beach itself is just a 20-minute walk away.
If the kids are looking for some extra fun and adventure, then head to WaterWorld Waterpark, only a 15-minute walk away.
If you’re after some Greek culture and an evening out, ten minutes in a taxi will take you to Ayia Napa. It has a reputation as a party destination, but you’ll find plenty of local tavernas and family-friendly restaurants where you can soak up the atmosphere.
When you visit the Olympic Lagoon Resort, the whole family will love every second of every day. In fact, when you board the plane home, you’ll find it impossible to tell who loved it more.
