The clue's in the name with this one. 'Dolce vita' is Italian for the 'sweet life' or the 'life of luxury' – and that's exactly what you get when you stay at this all inclusive hotel. The pine stacked Taurus Mountains are to one side of the hotel while to the other is the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views stretching out in every direction. Then there are the surrounding gardens, where manicured lawns, shady palms and flower lined terraces provide plenty of places to relax. The property has a smart exterior complete with two striking towers that gives way to an equally chic set up on the inside. The spacious bedrooms are decked out in cream and champagne colours. Chandelier style light fittings, plush carpets and heavy swag curtains add to the luxurious feel. Extras come in the form of satellite TVs and DVD players and air conditioning. You get a balcony, too, with great sea or mountain views.
When it comes to food and drink, there's plenty of choice on holidays to the Hotel Amara Dolce Vita. In the main restaurants you can expect big international buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While the stylish bistro serves gourmet meals and the beachside eatery serves fresh seafood platters. And on top of all that, there are a few à la cartes, with Mediterranean, Italian and Oriental flavours to entice you. Bars aren't in short supply, either – you've got a balconied cocktail lounge that also serves up amazing sea views, and a series of open-air drinks terraces overlooking the pools. Head outside where you'll find it's the swimming pool that take centre stage, there are four in total including one that's so big it warrants its own island and bridge. Factor in a relaxation pool and a splash park complete with six slides, and this place has got all bases covered. Inside, meanwhile, there are two more pools, one of which is a therapeutic saltwater affair that's part of the hotel's spa and a Scandinavian style sauna along with a gym.
