The contemporary Fame Residence Hotel is a real 21st century structure with clean lines and gleaming glass panels, fringed by immaculate landscaped gardens. The hotel really does fire on all cylinders, for starters it comes with six fantastic swimming pools, which range from a relaxation pool to a water park-worthy activity pool complete with four waterslides. What's more, they're all surrounded by a spacious sun terraces that sprinkled with smart sun beds and parasols. Elsewhere, there's an ultra modern spa featuring a traditional Turkish bath and a series of sleek massage suites and treatment rooms. It also comes with a gym and an indoor swimming pool. Plus, there's a floodlit football pitch if you'd rather exercise outside.
Inside, bedrooms come with roomy balconies or terraces that are furnished to showcase the surrounding scenery. The walls are painted in muted coffee tones and are combined with light wooden furniture and muslin curtains that create a bright and airy feel. Air conditioning, mini bars and satellite TVs provide the cast of extras. In terms of what's on offer food wise, buffets are served up in the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with regular theme evenings offering up the best of Turkish cuisine. On top of that, there's a smart à la carte eatery– just remember to book this one as it's really popular. Add a beachside snack bar to the mix, as well as a traditional gözleme tent serving up handmade Turkish pastries, and mealtimes can be as formal or as laid back as you like.
