The Club Galeon is perched on a cliff side above a sandy cove and serves up awe inspiring views. Having one of the best settings in Ibiza it really does make the most of its position looking out over a beautiful cove, wooded headlands and the turquoise Med. The pool gets a front-row seat on a sea-facing terrace. The best vantage point, though, is probably the main bar. From its outdoor terrace it feels like you can reach out and touch the scenery.
The stunning air conditioned buffet restaurant you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner while gazing through the picture windows. The food is simply divine, for breakfast, there a plethora of cereals, fruit, toast and pastries, as well as full cooked breakfasts. And for lunch and dinner, expect plenty in the way of Spanish and international staples. The mouth watering desserts get great reviews, in particular.
As to the rooms, they're tiered, so everyone gets a slice of the views. Décor wise, they're relatively straightforward, with pale wood furnishings and classic, blue and cream bedcovers. The star turns are the furnished balconies, facing the bay and separated by walls, they're perfect for sunbathing in private.
Then there's the cove itself. Sloping gently into calm waters, it's sandy and safe, with sun bed and parasols for hire. Kayaks, banana rides and boat trips are here, too. Just behind the sands you'll find a row of shops and restaurants. Lastly, to get to the beach, you'll need to take a path down the cliff side. It has steps in some places, so it's worth pointing out that it may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
