Just 100 metres from a wide stretch of sand, this villa is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxed beach holiday in Denia. It’s in a lively spot, with the town centre less than a ten-minute drive away.
The villa itself was only built in 2006, so it’s really modern and stylish. Downstairs, the open-plan lounge and dining room offer up plenty of space. What’s more, because the place is so new, the lounge comes with nice-to-haves, like air-conditioning and a DVD player. The kitchen, meanwhile, wouldn’t look out of place in a showroom and is kitted out with all the self-catering essentials including an electric oven and a microwave.
As for the bedrooms, there are two doubles and three twins, so you can comfortably fit up to ten people, great for large family or group getaways. They’re all air-conditioned, and decked out with modern wooden furniture. For the best views, pick one on the upper level. There’s a balcony up here, which looks out over the sandy beach.
Step through the large patio doors, and you’ll come to the pool area. A good-sized pool is bordered by a large stone terrace, while a good supply of loungers, tables and chairs means there are plenty of spots to soak up the sun.
