Talayot Apartments
The Talayot is extremely popular with families, especially those with younger children.. There's a Thomson Kids' Club, a playground and even video games. Designed like a whitewashed Mediterranean village, the Talayot is one of Menorca’s little gems.
The apartments are on a tree-lined road between Cala’n Forcat and Cala’n Blanes, a little and it’s a 10-to-15 minute walk to the beach at Cala’n Blanes, as well as to the sands at Cala’n Forcat with its picturesque cove. There are also plenty of shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
There are five swimming pools spread around the gardens, with a choice for the whole family; there’s a lively river-like pool, a splash pool, a quiet pool with terraces and a funky kids pool with painted dolphins and a small waterfall.
The restaurant here serves up traditional Spanish and international dishes, and again has an excellent choice for the little ones, and there’s a lounge bar with evening entertainment and a games room with a pool table.
These traditional looking whitewashed terracotta roofed apartments are housed in cute, two-storey blocks and are surrounded by well maintained and colourful gardens. Each one has satellite TV, an open-plan kitchenette and balcony or terrace that over look the lawns.
