Sunrise Hotel
The Hotel Sunrise is set on its own section of the sandy Uzun Yali Beach, and looks out across the bay to the hills on the other Side. Bars and restaurants line the road behind the hotel, and boat trips regularly leave from the pier in front. Although set in a quieter part of town you’re still only a five minute ride from lively Marmaris.
The hotel’s kidney shaped swimming pool is a perfect spot to soak up the views, flanked by sun beds and a bar area. Guests may also use the sun beds and parasols on the beach. So whether you opt for the pool or the sands you can enjoy a drink while overlooking the stunning sunsets.
Meanwhile indoors you’ll find good sized modern bedrooms with balconies, satellite TV telephone, mini bar, hairdryer and air-conditioning as standard. The hotels spa features all sorts of treatments and wraps, as well as a Turkish bath.
The food here is well worth a mention, with omelettes, pancakes, cereals and fresh fruit being served up for breakfast. Evening meals are just as delicious offering a selection of local and European favourites. The weekly barbecue night is also popular.
