San Miguel Beach Club
The beautiful San Miguel Beach Club is set in a stunning location overlooking the gorgeous bay. It’s narrow but spectacular, with a sand pebble beach at its centre. The sea is lovely, too – all turquoise shallows ideal for families with small children, snorkelling and water sports, and it’s all just steps away. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars around about which is perfect for trying somewhere new for an evening meal or a sumptuous cocktail. Plenty of shops are sprinkled around including a few just near the beach.
Step outside the beach club that features a large lagoon shaped pool with swaying palms and a whirlpool bath on the side. Guests are entitled to use the facilities at its sister hotel next door which features a rectangular pool with sun terraces and views over the beach below. What’s more, because the complex is a two in one affair, you get a double helping of sports and facilities. A gym, tennis, sauna and archery – they’re all here plus more besides. The evening entertainment deserves a special mention, too. Think lively quizzes and discos.
