The traditional hillside village of Koutouloufari is placed neatly behind the lively resort of Hersonissos. Apart from being a bit of a mouthful to say, the resort offers the best of both worlds! Close enough to the nightlife that you can enjoy the parties but far enough out to get a good night’s sleep.

By day you can enjoy the amazing coastal views from you poolside or you can join the crowds down at the beach. The days are relaxed and whilst there is plenty of action down on the beach, it’s not crazy! It’s still very easy to drift off in the afternoon sun! If you want and action packed thrills and spills kind of afternoon you can take a day trip to Water City, a Waterpark that’s just up the road.

Just A Short Walk From The Action...

You can really see the benefits of a resort like Koutouloufari when the sun sets. The wild resorts of Malia and Stalis are a short taxi ride away where the parties don’t even stop when the sun rises! Hersonissos is Malia’s much milder neighbour and is just a short stroll down the hill.

You will often pass other holidaymakers heading up the hill for a nice romantic meal in Koutouloufari as you wander down to Hersonissos. Or if you are more than happy to enjoy the stillness and quietness of the area you can choose one of the Tavernas or restaurants. You can enjoy a long nightcap whilst looking out onto the stunning sea views from your privileged hillside position.
