The idyllic Kamezi Villas are set in a great location, just a five minute stroll from the beautiful beach and serve up great sea views. A leisurely walk along the seafront promenade will find you in the centre of Playa Blanca with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.
These unique whitewashed villas are sprinkled across palm filled gardens, are based on the architecture of famous Lanzarote artist, Cesar Manrique, they mix smooth, white walls with dark wood touches. What’s more, this pod of 31 properties is set in a sleepy spot by the sea, making it a perfect holiday escape.
The contemporary villas come with two, three or four bedrooms all decorated in a pared down style. Big comfy beds sit beneath beamed ceilings, objets d’art adorns shelves and subtle lighting gives them a homely feel.
Each villa also comes complete with two or three bathrooms with either a whirlpool bath or a hydro massage shower. Plus they feature a spacious kitchen kitted out with everything you need, and a living come dining room with satellite TV, DVD/CD player.
Outside, you’ll find your own swimming private pool. If you’re in a terraced house, each pool comes in a different design from the next. They’re all set in sundecks complete with loungers and an outdoor shower. Factor in a barbeque on a shaded veranda and you’ve got a great al fresco dining scene. What’s more, you can turn this into your very own restaurant by hiring a private chef for the evening. As for facilities on site, you’ve got a supermarket, a kids’ playground and bike hire, too.
