Should I take out travel insurance for my holiday?

Holiday Hypermarket advises its customers to take out travel insurance for all travel. We have one of the most comprehensive policies available and are able to provide at very competitive prices. You can add travel insurance to your holiday when booking online. If you have already booked with us please call 0844 800 3199 for bookings made in the Call Centre and 0844 800 3167 for bookings made online to add insurance to your booking.

Travelling as a Family this summer?

Our Family policy covers two adults and up to four of their children (including foster children) aged two to 17. Infants aged under two are also covered free, if travelling with an insured adult. All members of the Family must live at the same address (see the note below). Note: If you are divorced or separated and your children do not live permanently with you they can still be covered under this policy.

What if I need medical treatment abroad?

If you require medical treatment abroad and you are not insured, you or your friends and Family will be billed. With insurance, the insurance company should pay for any medical treatment you require.

Do I need an E111 or EHIC?

You no longer require the E111 form because it is now invalid. The EHIC or European Health Insurance Card is now required in European countries to receive free or reduced cost health care. It is available from the Post Office.
