Hotel Delfin Azul
The fabulous hotel Delfin Azul delivers on all levels when it comes to family holidays. First of all there’s the setting – it’s just a ten minute stroll from the enormous stretch of sand that forms Alcudia’s main beach. The waters here are nice and shallow, making it a safe place for little swimmers.
Secondly, the hotel has a wealth of facilities; the swimming pool is huge rectangular number, so you’ll never be short of space to swim. And there’s a special children’s section where the younger guests can splash about as much as they like. The children also have free reign of a playground, and there’s a daily Skytours Kids’ Club for 3 to 11 year olds.
Later on, you can start your evening with a meal in the buffet restaurant, where the line up includes a mouth watering selection of Spanish favourites like paella along with international fare. Alternatively, make the five minute walk into the heart of Alcudia to road test the restaurants there. Afterwards, head back to the hotel to watch one of the live shows where tribute acts, comedians and even hypnotists are all on the agenda.
Lastly, bedrooms here are smartly dressed, with a blue and white colour scheme. The comfort factor is upped by air conditioning, which comes as standard.
