Hotel Condesa De La Bahia
The all inclusive Condesa de la Bahia offer excellent facilities for children and all the amenities you’d expect from such a large hotel making it a haven for a family holiday. The hotel fronts an amazing beach and is lined with an abundance of sun beds and parasols, there’s even a beach bar serving snacks and refreshing drinks. When the sun goes down‚ there are plenty of bars in Playa del Muro or there's downtown Alcudia for more variety and discos‚ although the hotel’s own programme of entertainment may well persuade you to stay close to home.
The large air conditioned non smoking restaurants serve larger than life buffets and was renovated in 2009 and now features show cooking stations. The menu’s mainly international, although now and again a taste of home comes courtesy of things like beef stew and shepherd’s pie.
The rooms are dressed in neutral tones and team with whitewashed walls, tiled floors and dark wooden furniture. Glass doors open on to a balcony with a table and chairs and they all come with air conditioning and satellite TVs as standard. Plus, each room comes with the added extra of a whirlpool bath or power shower.
Step outside where you’ll be greeted with an over sized lagoon shaped pool, which features a wooden bridge crossing it, with a section just for children. An abundance of sun beds and parasols are sprinkled along the sun terrace, with a pool side bar serving a fine selection of light snacks and refreshing drinks. To keep the younger guests entertained there is a children’s playground and playroom. A hotel run kid’s club and Splash Park are planned for 2011.
