Gunes House
The Gunes House Hotel is situated on the edge of Alanya and just a ten minute stroll from the resort centre and within flip flopping distance from the golden sandy beach. The property itself is bright and airy and framed by tall palm trees, which give it a real laid back feel.
White walls and simple wooden furniture are the mainstays in the bedrooms, where bold orange curtains and over sized mirrors add a modern touch. All come with air conditioning and satellite TV as standard, plus a furnished terrace or balcony. Elsewhere, the restaurant comes with an attractive outdoor dining terrace that’s sprinkled with tables dressed in crisp white cloths; it makes mealtimes an occasion to linger over. And for something a little more relaxed, staff put on fortnightly barbecue nights, too.
Step outside where you’ll find that a rectangular swimming pool takes centre stage, bordered by a wide sun terrace and dotted with cushioned sun beds and pastel coloured parasols. There’s a separate splash area for the younger guests and an open air bar, too.
