Beginners - Grindelwald has excellent English speaking Ski schools and there are nursery slopes just above the village. These include a new blue piste at Oberjoch. This is a slow speed zone.
Intermediates – There are unlimited opportunities to improve your technique in Grindelwald with access to the fantastic Jungfrau Top Region. There is an exciting 8km run down from Oberjoch to Grindelwald.
Advanced – The advanced skier is spoilt for choice with the famous Lauberhan World Cup downhill run or the exhilarating Black run which starts at the foot of the Eiger.
Snowboarding – There are two half pipes in the region, a jump park at Wengen plus a terrain park at Schreckfeld plus some excellent runs for beginners.
Apres-ski – The liveliest resort in the region with quality restaurants, bars and two nightclubs. Other activities include bowling, cinema, skidoo rides, ice skating and snowshoeing.
Transfers – From Zurich approx 2hrs 15mins and from Geneva, approximately 3hrs.
