Govino Bay Apartments
Holidays to the Govino Bay Apartments are an ideal choice if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. The apartments have a lovely setting surrounded by palm dotted lawns, overlooked by lush green hills and only a stones throw from the beach, which has its own jetty from were you can take boat trips up and down the coast. The large rectangular swimming pool is tucked just behind the beach and is edged with sunloungers; it also has a section for the children. To complete the scene there is an open-sided pool bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Onsite you will find tennis courts and a mini-market selling your holiday essentials. The apartments themselves are housed in pastel painted blocks scattered around the gardens, they’re light and airy, with simple modern furnishings. The restaurants and shops of Gouvia are only a five minute walk away, if you want to go further afield the bus stops outside the complex with services to nearby Corfu Town and other resorts around the island.
One and two bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 or 6 adults with 1 or 2 twin-bedded rooms and extra sofa beds as required.
Three bedroom apartments sleep up to 7 adults with three twin rooms and an extra sofa bed as required. All have air-conditioning in the living area, kitchenette, 2 electric rings and microwave or mini oven, telephone and TV. Maid service operates 6 times per week; towels are changed 3 times per week and linen changed twice a week. Some of the apartments have steep spiral staircases.
