The hotel itself is a grand white building. The rooms have the look of a Mayfair Hotel about them, with royal blue carpets, regency style armchairs and carved wooden bed heads. Don’t be fooled by their Edwardian appearance, though – they come with all the mod cons, like air conditioning, hairdryer and satellite TV. Step outside where you’ll see the hotel’s grounds stretch out for 30,000 square metres, so you’ll never be short of space – the sculpted gardens are especially nice to wander through whilst relaxing on holidays to the ClubHotel RIU Gran Canaria. You’ll also find sports courts, as well as three large swimming pools surrounded by a plethora of sun bed and parasols.
Come mealtimes, you can choose from three restaurants, where the main buffet restaurant serves a selection of international dishes, like pizza, fish and roast meat. Roque Nublo serves Canarian food, including Spanish style chicken and potatoes, while Las Brisas specialises in Mexican and Asian cuisine.
