Ca’n Crespi Apartments
The Ca’n Vincente apartments are set in a traditional Majorcan house located in a peaceful and relaxing location, whilst still being close to Cala San Vicente. The resort is one of the smallest on the island where you’ll find sandy coves and restaurants serving tapas, pizza and pasta. And with its narrow streets, stone houses and arty cafes, Pollensa’s well worth a visit, too.
The apartments are traditionally furnished in simple style with tiled floors and have a real homely feel to them. Each one has a large lounge and dining room and two bedrooms – a double and a twin and they make you feel like you’ve stepped into a traditional Majorcan home. They take up the whole of the ground floor of Toni and Catalina’s house. The couple live upstairs and will make you feel completely at home in their friendly, yet unobtrusive way.
Behind the villa, there’s a lovely shared swimming pool in spacious, pretty gardens and sprinkled with sun beds and parasols. And there’s shade with mature trees to retreat from the midday sun, but plenty of sunny spots on the terrace around the pool. With the breeze in the right direction you may even pick up the fresh scent of pine trees in the woods beyond the garden.
