Bahia Park
The family friendly Bahia Park is tucked away from the busy centre of Cala’n Porter and offers plenty in the way of peace and quiet. Having said that a ten minute stroll will find you in the resort centre with it plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala’n Porter is fifteen minutes away. Closer still, you’ve got the picturesque Cove d’en Xoroi – the journey takes just over five minutes on foot.
The complex itself is made up of sand coloured buildings, flanked by palm trees and tropical shrubbery. In the heart of the grounds you’ll find the swimming pool that’s bordered by a spacious stone terrace, complete with sun beds and parasols, and comes with a circular paddling pool for the younger guests. A pool side bars serves a selection of light bites and refreshments. Elsewhere, you’ve got a limited entertainment programme; the younger can join in the fun at the mini disco in the evenings.
The light and spacious apartments have a Mediterranean vibe think whitewashed walls that are mixed with terracotta tiled floors and simple wooden furnishings. They’ve all got a kitchen kitted out with the basics like a fridge and a microwave. And finishing touches come in the form of a cosy lounge area and a furnished balcony or terrace.
