Blog Comments Policy

Please Read The Following Information Before Posting Comments

All comments posted on the holiday hypermarket blogs will be pre-vetted before being added to ensure that the content on our website contains nothing that could be construed as offensive or inflammatory. The aim of our blog is to present a forum for discussing issues that relate to holiday hypermarket and to the travel industry in general and therefore should not be used as a platform to direct insulting or derogatory remarks toward either the author of the blog or anybody else that contributes to the discussion.

Although we welcome feedback from customers, these forums are not intended to be either alternative or supplementary to our customer services department. Therefore, any comments or queries relating to specific holiday issues, particularly those beyond the scope of the blog discussions, should be directed to the relevant department rather than being raised within the comments section of a blog post. Contact details for customer services can be found in the Contact Us section of our website.

To ensure the blog posts remain relevant to the discussion topic, comments that are excessively longwinded or that wander off the thread of the discussion will either be edited down or will not be posted at all. Although we encourage an open and frank discussion of any blog topic posted, there are obviously constraints to the amount of leeway we can give to the length and relevancy of comments. As a general rule try to make comments no longer than 200 to 300 words at most. Any comments that are posted become the property of the public domain and will not be subject to copyright. Any copyright claims made by any individual in an initial comment or subsequent addendum will result in the removal of all of the comments in question.
